A26 Danube Bridge Linz

A26 Danube Bridge Linz

Linz, Austria

The new Danube Bridge Linz consists of two structurally independent, straight and parallel composite reinforced concrete bridges, which are arranged between the adjacent tunnel portals and are supported by two bankside pylons. The concept of the bridge was optimally designed especially considering technical functionality, aesthetics and design and incorporating the natural scenery, cost effectiveness as well as ecology and landscape.
