Due to the expansion of the harbour in Rotterdam (Europort-Maasvlakte 2) the 37 km of the feeder motorway A15 have to be repaired, widened and partly newly built. The major structures are located in the areas Hartelkruis, Botlekcorridor (lifting bridge) and the Vaanplein junction. The total route includes more than 50 bridge structures.
