The construction works for the residential building in Berzasca (Caras Severin) were stopped for financial reasons in 1989. The building has not been available for use for 20 years as no further construction activities have been carried out in the meantime.
The structure consists of one building with two main entrances which was completed up to the 3rd floor as a building shell. The planning services comprise the addition of a 4th floor and an attic including all exterior and interior building works. On the basement floor a heating facility is intended as the community is not connected to the gas distribution system. The ground area of the residential building amounts to approx. 550 m². A construction period of 12 months is planned.
