Ballastless track & floating track slab
The section North-South Railway Tunnel Berlin covers the section from the new Lehrter railway station via the government quarter to the Potsdamer Platz and on to the South. As in this area high-quality buildings are existing or planned, extensive measures for the minimization of vibration and solid-borne sound immissions are necessary.
Altogether amounts to 24 km of tracks.
