An office building with two basement floors and seven upper floors was constructed for the Chamber of Labour for Vienna and Lower Austria in Vienna’s 4th district. A front-mounted profiled glass facade was designed. A building simulation considering the user-specific as well as the technical (HVACR) and physical conditions was calculated to ensure structural and physical as well as climatic quality control.
In addition an acoustic measurement was carried out for the examination of the dividing wall between the conference rooms on the first floor regarding the compliance with the required airborne sound insulation.
