Strong cable vibrations recurred at the stay cables of Donaustadt bridge. Within the scope of an on-site inspection the cable vibrations were monitored and the situation was assessed. The oscillation modes were highly distinct also across the bridge deck. The cables concerned are to be checked by a BRIMOS® follow-up measurement. Besides, the lower and upper anchorages of the cables concerned as well as the damage at the ducts are visually inspected.
