The new helicopter landing site will be situated in the immediate vicinity of the exising site at the south-west margin of the hospital area and is to enable air emergency operators to maintain air traffic according to the standards both with the current helicopter types and those of the next generation.
A three-dimensional model was prepared and calculated for the determination of the expected acoustic immissions caused by the helicopter landings. The computer model was created considering all the relevant influence parameters like topography, barriers, construction, noise protection measures etc.
