The project built over the existing train station starts above platform level with a light-flooded three-storeyed shopping mall ranging from Landstraßer Hauptstraße to Marxergasse. The complex consists of a U-shaped building with five office levels and a group of buildings inside with a total height of 35 m. A 70 m high tower will be the eye-catcher of the project. The total gross floor area of Wien Mitte will amount to approx. 127,000 m².
