Vienna, in April 2024._ The company group FCP.VCE presents the innovations for digitization and sustainability in the building sector at this year’s Baukongress on 25/26 April at an interactive booth and with interesting lectures.
Baukongress is one of the leading events for experts and policy makers from the building industry to discuss the latest developments and challenges. The company group FCP (Fritsch, Chiari & Partner ZT GmbH) and VCE (Vienna Consulting Engineering ZT GmbH) presents innovations for digitization and sustainability in the building industry with an interactive booth programme and interesting lectures.
“Baukongress is a must-attend event and an excellent opportunity to present our manifold expertise as consulting engineering office and to strengthen our partnerships”, said DI Robert Schedler, managing director at FCP.VCE. “Our team is looking forward to discuss the latest developments and to network with the colleagues from the sector.” As member of the ÖBV (Austrian Building Technique Association) steering committee Robert Schedler serves as co-organizer of Baukongress. In addition, Mr. Schedler is chairman for the session “BIM in der Praxis” (BIM in practice).
FCP.VCE with interactive booth
On the booths No. 56/57 FCP.VCE offers the visitors an interesting site with digital tools, live demonstrations as well as a big-screen video wall. FCP.VCE has prepared a small surprise for the topics of automation and artificial intelligence. The booth team invites the visitors to test their knowledge in the field of BIM and climate protection in the building sector in several games and quizzes. Furthermore, the experts of the company offer insights into the manifold projects, innovations and solutions of FCP.VCE. “We cordially invite all congress participants to visit our booths and to convince themselves of our passion for digitization and innovation”, said Robert Schedler.
FCP.VCE sets a focus in the field of innovation with the DPU®: The digital project universe revolutionizes the cooperation in building projects with BIM for clients, designers, construction companies and property owners and converts Microsoft Teams into a holistic platform for the digital building project management.
A further focus of FCP.VCE is in the field of sustainability. In the scope of the climate protection and sustainability initiative KliNa® FCP presents sustainable services for the implementation of climate-friendly building projects. FCP makes existing properties fit for the future and climate-friendly by means of the new service “Sanierungskonzept+“ (Rehabilitation concept +) where the clients implement sustainable building rehabilitation in a step-by-step programme.
Interesting lectures of FCP.VCE
The experts of FCP.VCE present the latest technical developments in the fields of sustainability and digitization, construction and design as well as for traffic infrastructure in all in all three lectures.
- Rene Holzer of FCP gives a lecture together with Florian Kleedorfer (RSA - Research Studios Austria ForschungsgesellschaftmbH) on 25 April at 3 p.m. in room E1 in session 3.1.4. "BIM in der Praxis: Planen und Bauen & Betreiben" (BIM in practice: Design and construction & operation) on "Merkmalservice – Forschung, die den Markt verändern kann?“ (Feature service -research which can change the market?)
- Afterwards, on 25 April at 03:20 p.m., Robert Schedler and Prof. Frank Lulei (Vienna University of Technology) present the results of the BauXchange workshop from 7 March 2024, which were compiled by representatives of the building sector, in their session 3.1.5. "Mensch, Digitalisierung, Nachhaltigkeit und Wandel" (Human being, digitization, sustainability and change) in room E1. Directly after the lecture, during the coffee break from 03:45 to 04:15 p.m., FCP.VCE invites everybody to a comfortable get-together at the FCP.VCE booth.
- On 26 April at 11:35 a.m. Dietmar Bobacz of VCE holds a lecture on the optimization of urban mobility based on the projects “Metro Melbourne” and “Metro Doha” in the session 6.2.2. on the topic “Planen & Bauen International" (International design & construction) in room E2.
