The companies FNDT and VCE concluded a long-term strategic partnership for inspections regarding pole stability, in particular of lamp poles, by means of the metrological test method LIMOS®.
VCE as consulting engineering office with its headquarters in Vienna has developed the test method LIMOS® and has performed stability inspections at poles of all kinds worldwide for approx. 20 years.
Fonatsch as Austrian family business is one of the leading producers of high-quality lamp poles, floodlight poles, design poles and special-purpose solutions. By means of the foundation of the FNDT GmbH “Fonatsch Non Destructive Testing GmbH” a step towards extended services for Fonatsch customers was taken and the competence in the field of lamp poles could be complemented with the service of stability inspections.
FNDT will offer LIMOS® as test method all over Austria and perform stability tests of poles of any kind on site. The respective cooperation agreement was signed by the management of both companies on 4 April 2024.
